The client was facing a felony charge and up to four years in prison after she was found to be driving while impaired after an accident in which she struck another vehicle.The client had two previous convictions for DWI.  Ruth worked hard to keep this case in municipal court where she was able to negotiate with the prosecutor to get a much lighter punishment. As a result, the client was able to keep her driver's license and received a suspended sentence and two years of unsupervised probation.
