How Does it Work?
The process is simple. Just call us at 636-940-1111 and tell us about your ticket. We can tell you the expected outcome and cost. Some tickets, usually those over 90 miles per hour, may require an online driving school or community service to be amended, depending on the court. We can walk you through that. Those over 100 miles per hour are even more complicated. Some courts will amend tickets for commercial drivers; some will not. If you drive for a living, it is very important to hire a lawyer who is familiar with CDL tickets (even if you were in your personal vehicle).
In most cases, you can hire us over the phone and forget about it. Ruth will go to court for you, and we will call you to let you know your ticket has been amended to a non-moving violation. We will mail you instructions for paying the fine, which is usually done by mail or, with a few courts, online. That's it!
