The client was charged with multiple felonies after she stole a car that was left running at a gas station, crashed it into a tree and then fled the scene. Ruth was able to negotiate a dismissal on the auto theft and negotiated the leaving the scene of an accident down to a misdemeanor with probation and restitution of the deductible on the car insurance.
